Degree in Architecture 1978 University of Florence; Master in Regional Development, 1986 Panteion University of Athens, Institute of Regional Development, Researcher of the National Center of Planning and Economic Research into Long term Development Programme (Prefecture of Lassithi, Crete) 1986 -1987. Coordinator in the Regional Development Planning for the General Secretariat of the Region of Crete (representant of Creta region in the CPMR and Intermediterranean and Islands Commissions). Partner in European projects concerning coastal zone management (1987 – 2005). Head of Directorate of Development Planning for the Eastern Crete Development Organization (OANAK), Coordination and promotion of activity in European Affairs and Responsible for Interregional Cooperation Programs (2005 – 2013). Head of Directorate of Development Study and Works for Crete Development Organization (OAK) (2013 – 2020). Member of The Technical Chamber of Greece.
